Set up a deployment process so this actually gets used #14

I'd like this deployed in a way that consistently runs the web backend and the discord bot.

First pass on this using Heroku is done. Accessible at https://maruska-hub.herokuapp.com/ No validation done beyond "this runs and I can hit the index.html"

Followup tasks to:

[ ] automate deployment from main
[ ] also deploy discord bot
