Spinners #9

There should be more spinners to let the user know something is happening. Most important place right now is loading files (especially for WaveSurfer files, but the implementation should be agnostic to what you're loading), but e.g. the spike detection might need if there are a lot of spikes.

I fixed this as I was going along developing a bunch of other stuff so I'm going to close this for now
