Update CRAN version of XRJulia (v 0.9.0)? #24

Hi,

I don't know if this really counts as an issue: I would like to submit my package (sismonr) to CRAN. However it depends on version 0.9.0 of XRJulia, which is currently only available on Github and not CRAN. Are you planning to update XRJulia in the CRAN?
