pictures lose their GPS EXIF tags #16

When pictures are make available on OSV to download, they no longer contain standard GPS georeferencing tags they've had when they were uploaded. That should be fixed.

Odd, I thought I'd checked and they were being kept, have to have another look.

I checked and they are being kept. I think this can be closed.
