0.4 compatibility #21

This removes all deprecation warnings on 0.4.

It doesn't work on 0.3 anymore, but since I couldn't find a tagged version on 0.3 either, I didn't think it mattered; I can use Compat to try to make it work with both if there is interest in that.

Thanks. Still not quite ready to tag this, but will do it this weekend.
