ERROR: unknown package SGD #1

I am not able to install this package using Pkg.add("SGD") command.

I am getting this error : ERROR: unknown package SGD in add at pkg/entry.jl:45 in add at pkg/entry.jl:48 in anonymous at pkg/dir.jl:25 in cd at file.jl:22 in cd at pkg/dir.jl:25 in add at pkg.jl:20

This package isn't ready for public consumption yet, so it's not officially released.
