Compute ideal points and plot them #7

Our core data summary should be a set of 1-dimensional ideal points for the candidates and the endorsers. We can generate them using the machinery in the ideal and plot.ideal functions in the R pscl package. We should make sure that we plot credible intervals because we are analyzing a very small dataset for which the ideal points are not sharply estimable.
