request: note splitting tool

note splitting tool, allows you to create splits around a selected note to separate it, would be handy to have its own hotkey

the best i can do without a real splitting tool is to abuse the separation effect that occurs when moving a selected section up and down, lets call it 'pitch change splitting', but doing this can do unwanted changes to the 'note size' and pitch data, which have to be corrected after:

ive found some ways to make 'pitch change splitting' less annoying to do, but it would still be much better to just have a splitting tool instead, sometimes 'pitch change splitting' takes a long time to do if the section im trying to separate has complicated neighbouring notes.
