ability to set bars-per-pattern on each pattern (toggleable in preferences as to whether or not the setting is individual per pattern)
ability to change length of bars

The first request is kinda pointless imo. Just use more patterns.

As for the second one, you can use what is termed as "mod channels" in JummBox and use Song > Next Bar to get the same effect. (https://tinyurl.com/2ypmcbvz)
