marc says I shouldn't force siteassets #1

instead of ~sitecollection/siteassets/ + script.js

I should just leave it to ~sitecollection/ + script.js

Default the text box to "siteassets/hello.js"

This allows users to tweak the path to something else, including subsites. More flexible.
