ScriptLink can't do CSS - need ScriptBlock #3

Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us. The code is working perfectly fine for appending JS file but can you please guide me how to upload CSS file?

Now (2016-03-10) that we can do ScriptBlock, next we will use ScriptBlock to inject CSS :-)
Perhaps by detecting the Url ext and work this out magically, so we don't need another new input field.
