Use Vaprobash? #89

How about using Chris Fidao's Vaprobash ? For Vagrant usage.

I'd like to use Vaprobash too. I have a good boilerplate that I can add and at least then we can have a custom local URL (www.laravelsnippets.dev) and add some rules to the htaccess for redirecting trailing slashes and also non www visits, which I'd like to add for SEO.

Any objections to adding vaprobash @basco-johnkevin or @chrispitt?
