Aims to give you a break down on stats from encounters to be able to look back and plan future enounters. Also to give the players a nice lookback at events that occured in a story format.
Describe the bug
If a user has Encounter stats module, Monks sound enhancement, and midiqol enabled, if the sound is set to play on turn start, it will play after every midiqol workflow completes in combat also. Comical at times, but definitely something we really need fixed. I'm reporting this to all three authors, turning off any of the 3 stops the bug. There are no error messages in the console.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Install all three modules and dependencies
add a sound to an actor via monks sound enhancements and put it in combat with another actor
Start combat and advance turn to the sound actors turn
