Is it on purpose you are not recommending any trinkets usage?

Yes, it is on purpose. I track trinkets using WeakAuras instead the value of the trinket rises to the value of replacing a defensive cooldown, in which case I will include it in the priority, e.g. Fyrakk's Tainted Rageheart from last expansion.
