Using , instead of . in german version #20

In germany we normally use , instead of . like 56,1°C and not 56.1°C. So Alexa tells you not 56,1°C but 56th 1°C.

This is probably a german thing (as always :D) but it would be cool if there is a solution.

@terrorhai thanks for reporting this! I'll take a look tomorrow and get this updated if it looks like changing to the , makes the Alexa responses a bit more accurate!

I just implemented this, please test in German and you should now see commas instead of dots in the Hot End and Bed Temperature.
