Reason for disagreement: As can be seen in the UG, the developers themselves have made Martin, alex and Alex in blocks. So by their logic "These are actual names of people, and should therefore not be enclosed in a code block", why is Martin and alex and Alex then in blocks while Harry and Redknapp in double ended quotes?
