roads with highway=pedestrian do not appear in address lookup #66

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. try to find a road in MoNav that is only tagges as "highway=pedestrian"
2. You can find them often in the centers of cities 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

These streets obviously do not appera in the list of all streets when you 
search for an address by entering first a place name and the choose from the 
offered street names.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Monav 0.3 (from setup.exeon WinXP with map data of area Niedersachsen from 
2011-05-12

Please provide any additional information below.

To test whether this is fixed -> when is it possible to have a new release of 
(pre-) MoNav, and more recent map data to download?

Basically this will only be done once we switch to the Karlsruhe Address 
Schema. However, at the moment it is not as widespread as I like it to be, 
therefore this proposal might have to wait for a bit.

PS: A new MoNav version will most likely be uploaded once Edith finishes the 
automatic map download feature.
