get rid of 'enter roundabout' instruction, skip forward to 'take x exit on roundabout' instruction. #68

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.plan route which includes roundabouts
2.start navigation
3. have unhelpful 'enter roundabout' direction/instruction

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
as soon as possible you should see 'roundabout X exit' instruction so you can 
get into the correct lane.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.3 on maemo

Please provide any additional information below.
you can have 2 instructions on screen , one saying 'continue for 400m' and the 
other instruction saying 'enter roundabout'. we should drop the 'enter 
roundabout' instruction and skip forward to the 'take X exit' instruction so we 
know which lane to get into for the upcoming roundabout.
