Scss lint #60

Hi!.

I've created a gulp task to make lint on scss files. I've use postcss and stylelint and added a minimal set of rules, trying to fit to your style.

The rules are on default configuration file .stylelintrc so it's straightforward to create/delete/redefine the rules at your taste.

There's no branch for this feature so I made the pull request directly to master branch.
