OI Shopping List: Add a setting for long press "Add" button feature

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Long press the "Add" button to launch the barcode scanner (if installed).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This feature is difficult to discover, and could be easily launched unwantedly 
by people who take longer to press a button.

There should be a setting in the "Advanced settings" that should be turned off 
by default. This setting would make it also easier for people to discover and 
learn about this feature.

(Later this setting could be replaced by one of several possibilities to launch 
a custom action upon long press.)
