OI File Manager: Filter by file type not immediately refreshed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. OI File Manager > menu > filter.
2. Enter an extension like "pdf" > Press "Ok".
3. Probably the list is updated the first time.
4. Menu > Filter.
5. Enter a different extension, like "jpg" > Press "Ok".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The list is not updated, one still sees only the "pdf" files instead of the 
"jpg" files. It is only updated if the directory is changed.

(A small sub-issue that could be fixed at the same time: The dialog label for 
the filter says "Folder name", but it should say "Extension").
