Bump angular-ui-router to 0.4.2 from 0.2.18

[noinarisak]

Keep getting transition superseded error followed by possibly unhandled rejection: {}. Bumping the angular-ui-router to 0.4.2 and the error resolved itself.

Platform:

• Cloud9 IDE, running Ubuntu 14 LTS docker

Steps to recreate the issue:

• Follow instructions from readme
• yo hottowel helloWorld
• npm install
• bower install
• gulp server-dev
• In Chrome inspect mode got the below error
