Wordpress 5.2.1 - Composer file PHP version #21

Hello,

The 5.2.1 version is locked to PHP version 5.3.2 on packagist:

https://packagist.org/packages/johnpbloch/wordpress#5.2.1

Currently throwing composer errors:

johnpbloch/wordpress 5.2.1 requires php 5.3.2 -> your PHP version (7.1.16) does not satisfy that requirement
