add-on installation fails on 0.108.9/RPi-3B #3

The installation attempt fails with the following message Failed to install addon, Unknown Error, see logs Logs don't show any other message. Can you please suggest how to troubleshoot? Thanks!

Actually I saw the log messages. Identical to the ones for issue#2
