S3 + CloudFront / RTMP #113

Will serving an MP4 via an RTMP / CloudFront cdn work with this? I've verified all permissions, paths, etc.

I see that video.js now supports RTMP (and I tried the latest version of video.js here) but I'm wondering if my file coming from CloudFront over RTMP will actually work with this.

No luck yet.

No RTMP support at this time. I do accept pull requests :)
