Scroll Bar Causing Screen size to be incorrect. #13

On my iPhone the scroll bar lays on top of the content. In Responsivator the scroll bar pushes the content to the left causing the viewport to be about 20px smaller than it would be on the iPhone. I would love to have an option to place the scroll bar outside of the viewport.

Added a width adjustment to the preview for tablets and small screens.
