improve using automaticretry #240

1. opton to set manually 'not for automatic retry'
2. set max for number of (automatic)retries, give add error.
Should bots always retry failed communications?

Added: first time automaticretry is run:
- nothing is send.
- only initialisation
This is to prevent the unexpected resend of older files.
