• [x] The postscript in the last letter in ch. 15 needs the epub:type on the p, not in a span; if you look in an e-reader, the postscript is right-justified along with the rest of the footer because a span won't take text-align, margin, etc.

Great, Thanks Vince, these should all be OK now. I had coup de théâtre in a span tag (with French), not italics, but I took it out -- prob. not necessary either.
