The beginning of work on a multiarch package to run 64-bit wine with a WoW64 build. It depends on the new work in https://github.com/flatpak/flatpak-builder/pull/129 which supports using extensions during a build.
Once the new functionality is added to flatpak-builder, the libraries to build multiarch wine will be able to be added to the build steps
