Feature/update to gradle 4.5 api #10

If you agree on the fact that dynamically changing the implementation of the tasks based on the gradle version is too much of a hassle, I would appreciate if you merge this. :)

You will have to re-add publishing bits to publish it to the gradle-plugins site.
