Contents of -pxx.par file different from .pxx file #5

The standard ADMB .par file produced after minimization does not have correct values of parameter estimates.

Just attempted to "fix" this issue. On double checking the most recent output, there is no apparent differences. Not sure whether this issue was addressed when issue #3 was fixed or whether it was a real problem. Some feedback would be useful.
