What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to:

ller
2. Click on the [diff] link for 
Tools/GardeningServer/model/ct-step-failure-group-data.html in the first listed 
change.

What is the expected output?

What do you see instead?

Thanks for the report. A related issue is that the the revision in the URL is 
identically incorrect for all entries.
