Add Settings Page #1

It would be nice to have a settings page for user to change fuzziness of dates, their password, and any SMS alerts that are implemented in the future.

Opened settings_page branch. Work beginning on UI for 0.1. Only password support for 0.1; new features will be added in 0.2.
