Add fuzzy date support and allow user to choose non-fuzzy, fuzzy, and semi-fuzzy.

Done in branch, just need to add semi-fuzzy (if it'll be added at all)

Semi-fuzzy added and fuzzy improved (no times) in fuzzy_dates branch. Will pull/merge after a day of usability testing.
