How come there is no source code in the SVN ?

No kidding, this is crazy.  How can we apply the diffs appropriately?  There 
are some serious issues with animated gifs and we're trying to get to the 
bottom of this, but the svn is nonexistant and now have to figure out how to 
string this together.  Man.
