Original B code? #30

Hi there,

Thanks so much for this work! As someone used the original version on the Aberystwyth Honeywell L66 in the late 80s to write B code I was wondering if the original B version still existed, and if so if it was possible for it to be added or made public in some way?

Unfortunately, I don't know if the original B code still exists. If it does, I'd like to find it myself, to be able to compare to current G, and also because it's something we could run on GTSS, the GCOS-3/TSS emulator that runs on Multics.

I'm not the original author of this code. That would be Jeremy Hall. He might be a better source, if he can be located, although I previously tried to reach him but failed. I assume that the original G program would have been available to him during early development of this version, and quiet possibly access sources. I can try dig again.

The original G sources in B would also be of interest to @aap (of https://github.com/aap/abc and https://github.com/aap/b fame) if they could be located.

Now that I know someone else is seriously using it, I'll have to look into implementing support for SIGWICH window resizing!
