installing R package #1

I tried installing your package using:

library(devtools) install_github("johnsonra/HLA") And then received the following message:

Downloading GitHub repo johnsonra/HLA@master from URL https://api.github.com/repos/johnsonra/HLA/zipball/master Error: Does not appear to be an R package (no DESCRIPTION)

I know I can just grab thr .csv's but before doing that wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something obvious to get the R package installed.

Thanks

Thanks for reaching out. I haven't formally bundled this into an R package, although that was the original plan. As you point out, all the information is in the .csv files. You may find the RData files a little more useful.

Thanks for clarifying so quickly.
