intkey.ink problem similar to issue 146, but in RC4 (used Mac OS installer)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. From Delta editor =>Export Directives
2. (Intkey won't start)
3. Inspect intkey.ink using a text editor

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Intkey.ink shows grasses attributes, quite unlike the delta file exported

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MacOS, Delta editor "about" says DELTA Editor Version 1.0-RC4 (1992)

Please provide any additional information below.
Intkey also says it is Version 1.0-RC4 (1992)

Thanks for the bug report Nadia.
The problem was due to an issue with the file paths generated by the Mac 
installer which was preventing Intkey from being launched from inside the 
editor.  

The grasses attributes in the intkey.ink are from the sample data set and are 
imported into all new data sets as an example of how to configure the intkey 
application (they are commented so don't affect the actual data).
