Export directives should warn if the dataset has not been saved #212

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start the delta editor
2. New dataset
3. Enter data
4. Export directives without first saving the dataset

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The output files are sent to the directory where the source binary is located.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RC4, Mac, but from open-delta-1.0-RC3-bin.zip

Please provide any additional information below.

Added a warning to the export dialog if an unsaved dataset is exported.
