Open DELTA produces different KEY than original #229

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run tokey and key5 against dataset provided by C. Coleman offline.
2. Compare the results to the original KEY.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect them to be the same, instead there are a few differences.

Fixed. This involved a fix to the key generation algorithm, and a fix to the 
bracketed key output.
