update to react 0.11
update coffeescript requiring
bin/bower + bin/gulp binaries, so you dont have to install them systemwide.
tmp fix for a bower bug (https://github.com/mindreframer/react-starter-template/commit/432f10c896fdac4b45348fc31792f76ae1829d6d)
