have you ever encountered this error?

Kind regards

Hi @Pfefer I think this could be the same as issue https://github.com/johntruckenbrodt/pyroSAR/issues/227. Are you using any special characters that could explain this?

Pfefer commented 10 months ago

Hello,

Thank you for your comment. I have reviewed the issue you mentioned (#227), but I don't have any special characters in my file paths. Interestingly, the test that triggered this error doesn't produce any issues on my older configuration PC, nor on my colleague's computer. I'm baffled as to what might be causing this problem.

I see. Can you share the full error message? I need to know in where excactly this error occurs.

Pfefer commented 10 months ago

I cannot share the files (file type not support) but i saved the error.log file to .txt to be able to share it here : S1A__IW___D_20201011T102213_Cal_NR_Orb_TF_Spk_TC_dB_error.txt

and the same thing with the .xml file : S1A__IW___D_20201011T102213_Cal_NR_Orb_TF_Spk_TC_dB_proc.txt

I don't have any other error message in the console because the code run correctly.

Ah okay. The error message is too short for interpretation. Have you tried running the workflow in the Graph Builder of the SNAP GUI? You might get some more elaborate error message. Also, running the process directly via the command line should shed some more insight:
