require spatialist>=0.12.1 and update license year

the new spatialist version contains a fix in https://github.com/johntruckenbrodt/spatialist/pull/37 that closes https://github.com/johntruckenbrodt/pyroSAR/issues/269.

Two changes have been made to the unit tests:

• the number of expected RESORB files has been reduced from 19 to 9; this is out of control of pyroSAR
• one S1 test scene contained a folder __MACOSX, which had to be removed, likely due to the new file search mechanism in spatialist.ancillary.finder
