rearrange items in Scope selector #123

The Scope selector currently offers choices in this order:

Current document
All opened documents
All documents in directory
Selected text

I think it would be more logical to use this order:

Selected text
Current document
All opened documents
All documents in directory

That way the choices would be ordered from the smallest to largest scope.

I arrange the order of the scopes by the frequency it been used.
I think it's better than the order you suggested.
