No accelerators in the dialog #37

The dialog window has no accelerators whatsoever (underlined letters which you 
engage with Alt+<Letter>). This makes it inconvenient to use with keyboard only.

I mean, just as stated, underlined shortcut keys you usually use in a 
combination with the Alt key. Eg. Alt+A for "Replace _All" (see screenshot).

Actually I never know those accelerators before.
