Add metadata to feeds in aggregator #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When adding a feed to the feed aggregator:
    /admin/aggregator/feeditem/1/
2. A fields for (affiliate / school) should be added.

Is this handled by tagging? /admin/tagging/taggeditem/add/

John this is handled by AffiliateFeeds.  I left the generic Feeds available in 
case we also want to create regular 
feeds, but I'm starting to think that is confusing and a ForeignKey that can be 
null is probably better.  So that 
way there is just on Feed class that supports affliates or not.  I thought 
leaving a generic fields app available 
might prove to be useful..  we can probably just keep this in mind for now and 
the appropriate solution will 
pan out likely pretty soon. 

Another thing to consider is that we might move to jellyroll as well ... I 
should probably follow LL advice and 
do that so we can start evaluating it.
