Add a note on how and why "colour-named" dockets became "ancient gods" dockets. #30

It would be nice if there were a few words about how one naming scheme (pun intended) transformed into another naming scheme.

When I reorganized the not-yet-voted-on color dockets, I decided that rather than trying to match the new dockets with the old ones, I would give them new names based on a new naming scheme.

In addition, the color names were ordered; the gods are unordered.
