Use Stacker data in MTurk alternative #504

We're able to create custom MTurk surveys, so our next step is to create the pipeline of taking Data directly from Rez and integrating it into MTurk.

MTurk can apparently take in CSV's, so we'll start by researching that lead.

Both Brady and Terry have been debriefed on the current Stacker code, and so are both able to take this task on.
