Enhancement: Selection of destination folder for the torrents using "Browse" dialog

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Full path needs to be specified manually

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Suggestion is to use more "natural" dialog - like "Open File", used when 
torrent is added. Since the remote to local mappings are known, it's 
possible to make convertion of selected local folder to remote path.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
