iptv subtitle from http stream

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

is there any way to enable iptv subtitles from http stream ? in vlc i have 
subtitles but in e-boda the subtitle key does nothing , i'm guessing that this 
feature must be enabled , but how ?

I could not really find which is the subtitle key/tag?
Then I can look for something like that directly in DvdPlayer
